PRESS RELEASE CeBIT Australia

topVOX scores with voice process optimization

(June 26, 2011)

Modern logistics strategies call for flexible and effective work processes in intralogistics. With this in mind, more and more experts worldwide are counting on advanced technologies to give their staff optimal support.

With the Voice-Suite topSPEECH-Lydia® topVOX , the IT specialist for logistic applications, , provides a noticeably higher performance in voice-directed applications. At this year’s CeBIT in Australia, visitors were particularly won over by the features of the Voice-Suite. The most renowned guest at the fair was the German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Guido Westerwelle.

As the most important exhibition in the information and telecommunications sector for the Australasian region, the CeBIT Australia is the central rendezvous for market leaders and decisionmakers covering the entire spectrum of industry, service and the state sector. This year, Germany was the official “Partner Country” and its exhibitors were very much the focus of interest. The opening ceremony of the trade fair was accordingly high-level with the German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Guido Westerwelle doing the honors.  Mr. Westerwelle toured the exhibition and specifically informed himself in depth on the products and services of the exhibitors.

With the presentation of the latest Voice-Suite topSPEECH-Lydia® topVOX scored particularly well with the international trade visitors.  With an automatic microphone adapting to ambient noise (AGC – Automatic Gain Control), the new release of the voice system offers a particular advantage in terms of work ergonomics. The user can select between a female or male voice for the audio outputI and this individual adaptability as well increases the workers’ motivation. The voice system adapts to the worker, and not vice versa.

Andreas Finken, President of topVOX was delighted with the positive feedback from the visitors. “Our customers are primarily looking for optimized processes and with our Voice-Suite we offer the right solution.”
