top-VOX successfully launched in the USA

Top-Vox has entered the American logistics automation market during the ProMat show 2007 in Chicago. Top-VOX introduced topSPEECH-Lydia 5.0 on the largest exhibition for logistic systems from 8 till 11 January 2007, the newest Pick-by-Voice-system.
Experts were largely interested for the newly introduced speech based order picking system by top-VOX. Especially the hard- and software independence, natural voice and training-less capabilities are outstanding.
Special attention of the visitors have been going out to the speech independency as well as the speech dependent module. This means that a fast and optimal introduction of the speech system is possible, because the extensive speech training can be left out. In addition to this it is still possible, if necessary, to perform a speaker dependent training.
Generally the fast and safe speech recognition of the system has been received wellby interested visitors on the exhibition stand. The high recognition rate is also caused by a new type of audio filter, which first filters specific noises from the system environment. Together with a filter for all interfering, noises are filtered out in a second step. This means that only the pure signal is left.
Top-VOX presented with the VOXter a reliable, solid voice terminal. As an addition, the VOXter-S is a Bluetooth back-of-hand scanner. This scanner gives data input per barcode-scan in addition.
